I am a fully trained Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga teacher, I completed my 200hour training in Rishikesh, India.

Since my return, I have taught ever since. I thoroughly enjoy seeing clients progress and observe improvements in both physical and mental health.

I have been a group Exercise Instructor for five years teaching a range of classes but my favourites are HIIT and Boot camp style, classes. 

I also have a keen interest in strength and conditioning. I regularly attend workshops and events to deepen my practice and believe you cannot spend enough on self-development.
