Studio Pilates areas

Pilates is the ultimate in core training and is available at our Pilates Studio in Bolton, Bury, Ramsbottom, Ainsworth, Radcliffe, Rochdale, offering cost-effective small group Reformer sessions.

We’re the first place to introduce Reformer Pilates in Greater Manchester, our bespoke studio heralds several Pilates Reformer/Cadillac beds, a wall unit, a half barrel and combo chair as well as the latest in core training equipment.

Group Reformer Sessions

Reformer Pilates sessions are a great, cost-effective way of toning, shaping and improving your core strength and flexibility. Each training session will involve core and flexibility training exercises using our 6 Reformer beds. The aim of the course is to make the ultimate core, stretch and postural exercises affordable to everyone by training in groups of up to 6 people only.

Our Group Reformer courses run throughout each calendar month. There a maximum of 6 people in each group. We have a membership available for this option which also includes studio classes.

Membership Classes


Introduction to Pilates  - 45 min session - £30 per session

Pay As You Go Reformer Pilates Sessions - 1 hour - £12

Block of 5 Reformer Pilates Sessions - £60

Block of 10 Reformer Pilates sessions - £110

48 Reformer Pilates sessions per year (capped to 6 a month) - £40 per month for 12 months

96 Reformer Pilates sessions per year (capped to 10 a month) - £80 per month for 12 months

1 to 1 Training - £40 per session or £300 for a block of 10

1 to 2 Duets - £50 per session or £400 for a block of 10



Intro to Pilates

Practitioners say regular pilates can improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension. For elite athletes, including dancers, pilates can complement training by developing whole-body strength and flexibility, and help reduce the risk of injury.

Mat Classes

Through a series of floor exercises using different equipment and or own body weight, the workout helps build, sculpt and tone these muscles, giving your body a long, lean look. Pilates can aid in flexibility and improving posture, as stretching your body is a vital part of class.

Yoga Flow

Suitable for all levels - My classes are aimed at targeting the whole body and mind. Focusing on being ourselves as we connect our breath with our movement, in a fun none preaching way, maintaining focus on alignment.

We begin with a little, invaluable, pranayama (breath-work), mobilisation, main flow sequence, ending with restorative/relaxation asanas. The class is set to music and is based on vinyasa, hatha, ashtanga and yin styles of yoga. We will have the option to take a more dynamic/cardio option during the main flow sequences and the classes will vary each week.
