This class is all about the Reformer. We'll cover the foundations of Pilates, help you build confidence with the equipment, and focus on proper technique. The goal is to improve your posture, strength, core, flexibility, and overall fitness. It's a great class for both beginners and experienced participants.

This class combines traditional mat exercises with large and small apparatus to build, sculpt, and tone muscles while improving your spinal mobility. Prime Time

This chair based, Prime Time class, utilises the Pilates principles and exercises, and is perfect for mature clients and/or those with restricted mobility from the comfort of a chair.

The exercises work the core and major muscles groups whilst in a seated position.  Light resistance is created using small equipment such as stretchy bands and toning balls which add more variety and light challenges during a full-body workout.
